A quote built around the project.
Activation duration, event location, approximate guest count, photography modes, customisation and print quantities all shape the proposal. We do not publish a single price that ignores these details.
To start, we need a date or period, city, event type and an idea of the audience. If you already have a creative brief or a programme, they help us define the experience.
What we can create together.
A project can include classic photography, preset AI effects and backgrounds, generative AI with voice or text interaction, custom Light Painting by Maria Saggese, instant printing and a session gallery accessed by QR.
Selected options are specified in the proposal. Customisation can extend to graphics, print frames, environments, the gallery and the installation. We decide together what your event actually needs.
The venue is part of the quote.
We work throughout Italy. We review access, loading, installation time, power and lighting conditions. Generative AI requires connectivity planning; Light Painting requires control of ambient light.
Where included, the black 3 × 3 metre gazebo defines the photo area. The total operating footprint also accounts for the totem, guest circulation and service space. Availability and terms are confirmed after discussing the project.

Does the quote include every mode?
The proposal lists the agreed experiences and services. Not every mode is automatically included in every event.
How much space do I need?
The gazebo is 3 × 3 metres when included in the setup. The full operating footprint is checked with the venue, including installation, access and guests.
