Browsing and security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The infrastructure processes technical connection data, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request time, to deliver pages, detect abuse and protect the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in website security and proper operation under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The website does not use behaviour analytics, advertising cookies or third-party video embeds. Fonts and images are served by the website. Technical data is retained as necessary to operate and secure the service, according to the infrastructure’s settings and policies; it may be retained longer where needed to address a specific security incident or legal obligation.
Enquiries about your event
The form collects your name, email, city, event type and message. Company, phone, date and guest count are optional. This information allows us to respond, assess availability and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking precontractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We cannot process your enquiry without the required fields. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary information.
Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing. We do not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or use enquiries for profiling or automated decisions.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. If a contract follows, necessary data is retained to manage it and meet applicable legal obligations; a dispute may require retaining only the data necessary to defend legal rights.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions: it processes technical browser and connection information to verify the request. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse. Enquiries are sent through Resend to the mailbox managed by Aruba. The website does not maintain its own enquiry database.
Providers and international transfers
The controller and authorised people may access the data needed for their activities. Cloudflare provides hosting and security; when the form is active, Resend provides email delivery and Aruba the recipient mailbox. Providers process data under their respective agreements and roles. Some services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area: Cloudflare and Resend agreements include transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can request information about safeguards by contacting the controller.

Your rights

The website presents photographs and Light Painting artworks alongside AI-created images. The website’s demonstration interactions use pre-made images and do not capture audio or photographs from visitors. The event service can include photographs, spoken requests and generative transformations: the processing of this content is defined separately for the agreed experience.
