What is an AI Photo Booth?
An AI Photo Booth is an interactive photography experience that uses artificial intelligence to build settings around the people in a portrait. Guests have their photograph taken and see the result on the booth’s screen.
WonderBooth offers two modes: a selection of preset effects curated for the event, or new backgrounds generated from a spoken or written request. The journey, visual direction and print options are agreed during planning.
For corporate events, launches and brand activations.
A product launch can invite guests into the campaign’s world. A convention can create a shared visual theme. A fashion or retail event can turn a palette and a concept into a series of portraits to share.
We work with companies and agencies on settings, prompt suggestions, frames and print graphics. For generative mode, we also define the theme and content boundaries: guests’ freedom remains part of an experience designed for the brand.
Personalised prints and a digital gallery.
Guests see the preview and choose their favourite photograph. Depending on the event configuration, it can become a landscape print of approximately 100 × 148 mm and a digital image to download.
The QR code opens their own session gallery. Print quantities, frames, sharing and image availability are defined in the proposal. Public event galleries and photo walls are options to design separately.
AI Photo Booth hire: what we plan together.
For a proposal, we gather the date, city, duration and approximate guest count, then choose the mode and level of customisation. We assess space, power, lighting, access and connectivity with the venue.
Generating new backgrounds requires a suitable connection and processing times vary. Our team guides guests and organises the flow around the programme. The service is available throughout Italy; travel, installation and support are detailed in the proposal.

What is the difference between preset effects and generative AI?
Preset effects offer a selection designed for the event. Generative AI creates a new setting from the guest’s words, with an opportunity to review the description before confirming it.
Do guests have to speak into a microphone?
In generative mode, they can speak or type. The software records and transcribes a voice request, then lets them review and edit it before continuing. With preset effects, guests choose from the available options.
Does AI change people’s faces?
The generative journey shown here creates the setting behind the people in the photograph. The face is not the subject of the transformation. Other effects and styles are considered separately when designing the event.
How long does a photograph take, and is internet required?
Timing depends on the mode, request and connection. Generating new backgrounds requires suitable connectivity. We check conditions with the venue and plan the flow around guest numbers.
Can we use our brand’s colours, logo and settings?
Yes. Visual direction, settings, frames, prints and the guest journey can be customised. We agree on materials and approvals with the brand or agency before the event.
How much does an AI Photo Booth cost, and where do you work?
